Resolução SE nº 25 de 27 de março de 2009

 

Dispõe sobre o valor de índice de cumprimento de metas.

 

A Secretária da Educação, à vista do disposto na Resolução SE nº 21, de 26.3.2009, nas Resoluções Conjuntas CC/SF/SEP/SGP nº 1 e nº 2, ambas de 2009, e no artigo 6º da Resolução SE nº 23 de 27.3.2009, para fins de pagamento da Bonificação por Resultados – BR, instituída pela Lei Complementar nº 1078, de 17 de dezembro de 2008,

 

resolve,

 

Artigo 1º - O valor do Índice de Cumprimento de Metas – IC, das unidades escolares e administrativas da Secretaria da Educação, referente ao ano de 2008, corresponde aos valores discriminados nos Anexos I e II que integram esta resolução.

 

Artigo 2º - Esta resolução entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, retroagindo seus efeitos a 1º de janeiro de 2008.
